Matisse: Bold and Beautiful - CLASS FULL

Saturday, November 13
10 - 11:15 a.m.

Henry Matisse is known for many things, but of greatest interest to early learners is his propensity for the use of vivid colors, unique shapes, and patterns. At this workshop, you and your child will create a non-representational, one-of-a-kind canvas masterpiece inspired by the work of Matisse, while also learning a bit about his style in modern art. This is a parent-child collaborative project you are not soon to forget!

This event is intended for children ages 4-6 with a parent/guardian "co-artist” and is perfect for families interested in exploring the possibility of a Peck education for their child. Early registration is recommended due to physical distancing capacity limits.

This class is led by our expert visual arts teacher for our elementary school curriculum (Grades K-4), Karen Dispenziere. Physical distancing of three feet will be maintained at all times and masks will be required.

This class is full. Please complete the form below to add your name to the waitlist in the event a space becomes available.
